Andrei, da, formularul trebuie sa fie completat in Engleza, fiindca si toate activitiatile proiectului vor avea loc in engleza.

Daca vrei sa aplici, te rog cu exceptia de deadline cel tirziu pina duminica, 27 martie.

Ruslan, college students can also apply.
Please do it as soon as possible, because the deadline was yesterday. We can do one exception for you – accept your application until Sunday, March 28th. No later application will be regarded.
The phone numbers from Moldova will be functionin strating with April 1.
Now I am in Germany and I am available only under the German cell phone nubmer.
